What it covers
Additional compensation liability beyond the statutory WCA, under Common Law, for employee injury due to employer negligence.
Why you need both
WCA pays statutory amounts. If a court awards MORE due to proven employer negligence, the gap is covered by Employer's Liability.

- Injuries covered under WCA statutory limits
- Contractual liabilities beyond Common Law
- Fines or punitive damages
