The licence sits with our principal advisor, Au-Yang Liang-Hin, a licensed insurance advisor for over 30 years. AY Shield Risk Advisory is our registered business name (SSM 202603204121, JR0193991-H, registered on 4 August 2026). A business name on its own is not an insurance licence.持牌的是我们的首席顾问欧阳良兴，持牌执业 30 年以上。AY Shield Risk Advisory 是我们的注册商号（SSM 202603204121 / JR0193991-H，2026 年 8 月 4 日注册）。商号本身不是保险执照。

Au-Yang Yong-En, our founder, passed the Pre-Contract Examination for Insurance Agents (PCEIA, General) set by the Asian Institute of Insurance in 2026 (Cert No. PCEIA 0001054). This is an exam certificate, not an insurance licence. No. We are not an insurance broker, and not a BNM-approved financial adviser. Policies are placed through Au-Yang Liang-Hin's agency appointments and issued directly by the insurer, with him as the agent on record.不是。我们不是保险经纪，也不是国家银行批准的财务顾问。保单通过欧阳良兴的代理委任投保，由保险公司直接签发，代理人是他。
