Foreign Worker Guarantee外籍员工担保
What it covers
Replaces cash deposit to Immigration Dept as guarantee for foreign worker employment. If worker absconds or violates permit terms, the insurer pays the government on your behalf.
Scope
- Meets Immigration Dept statutory security requirement
- Covers fines for workers going missing or violating permit
- Replaces RM 250-RM 1,500 cash deposit per worker to government
Exclusions
- Employer intentionally violating labour laws
- Violations outside bond validity period
- Non-Immigration Dept administrative fines
