What it covers
Accidental loss or damage to your goods while being moved by lorry or road transport within Malaysia — depot to depot, or out to your customer.
Scope of cover
- Damage from vehicle accident, overturning or collision
- Fire or explosion during transit
- Theft of the whole consignment following forced entry
- Loading and unloading accidents

Goods in Transit covers domestic road movement inside Malaysia. Marine Cargo covers international sea, air or multimodal shipments. Buy the wrong one and there is a gap the moment goods cross the border.
Exclusions
- Pilferage or shortage with no sign of forced entry
- Improper packing or stacking
- Inherent defect, wear or natural deterioration
- Goods left unattended in an unsecured vehicle
